Dr. Matthew Pavlovich is a native of Iowa and attended the Creighton University School of Dentistry for his dental education. He has also received advanced training and credentialing in implant dentistry and has been awarded Fellow of the International Congress of Oral Implantologist (FICOI). He fell in love with the beauty of central Oregon while road bike racing in Bend, and after owning a dental practice in Seattle for 10 years, he relocated to make Bend his home. He is excited to be part of the central Oregon community and to meet you as his new patient!

We have been going here for years now and have loved our experience here! The staff are friendly and know my whole family of 3 by name, and we just have such a good relationship with this place. So glad we chose this place for dental care 7 years ago! Our daughter just lost her first tooth here (the dentist was kind enough to check that her incoming teeth was going to push out her baby teeth normally (because they looked like shark teeth). She loves coming here! I highly recommend this place!

I had a broken front tooth that I was dying to have fixed. I was immediately imressed by how much effort Dr. Pavlovich put into delicately and meticulously repairing it. I get compliments on my renewed smile and teeth almost daily! Not only is my repair beautiful, but the whole office is welcoming, friendly, and helpful. I highly recommend PNW for any dental needs. I couldn't have found a better dentist or dental office.

Everyone at PNW Dental was so friendly and welcoming. My appointment started on time which is rare for any business. Their in-office membership is already going to save me money since I need more dental work and I do not have dental insurance. They even offered up some valuable business advise to help with the new business I just started.

I love this dental office. The entire staff is so friendly and welcoming; I feel like I'm visiting friends. I've had crowns done and replaced and I've had fillings replaced and never felt a twinge of pain. Ever! When my mom recently passed away the office sent me a beautiful condolence card signed personally by everyone; it brought tears to my eyes. This is my favorite dental office ever!

This was by far one of the best dental experiences I have ever had! From the get go, they got me an appointment very quickly. Everyone was extremely friendly and wanted to make sure my experience was exceptional. Xrays were the easiest I have ever gone through, without the need for it to take an hour of painful xrays. The dental chair was heated as well as a massage chair. There was also a TV above your head with headphones to help pass the time during the appointment. Overall, the staff was amazing and I would highly recommend them to anyone!

From the moment you walk into Select Care Dental you know that you are in good hands. The speedy reception, and the short wait time had me in a very comfortable, state of the art dental procedure room in a short amount of time. The confidence shown by doctor Anderson and his staff allows you have a pleasing sense of comfort when going through any kind of procedure (I would know, I spent 4 hours underneath for the pulling of all my wisdom teeth and a root canal and crowning).
And yes I may have left with a sore jaw, however my new tooth has had zero discomfort and feels just like it was always supposed to be there. Plus the areas where my wisdom teeth previously were are healing fantastically, and quickly. I highly recommend Select Care Dental.

Beautiful, professional office! Getting my teeth cleaned was actually a very relaxing experience! The hygienist was very thorough and gentle. I really enjoyed the added touch of the massage and heated treatment bed which was so relaxing and comforting. The best part though, was being able to have my crown made right there in the office in less than an hour and not having to get a temporary! What a time saver! I highly recommend Select Care Dental!!

I just started seeing Jared after my previous dentist of 25 years retired. I loved my previous dentist and was nervous about starting with a new one but after getting a cleaning and having some work done I plan on sticking with Jared. He was awesome. If you guys haven’t been here- you are seriously missing out! If you have - how can you not tell everyone?! This place is unbelievable! Welcoming and flexible! Dr. Fairlee and Jessica were amazing and made me feel so calm! The dentist can be stressful but they made it just the opposite! They are a lively group and the chairs are heated and have massage features! Oh and did I watch Netflix while they fixed my tooth- yes I did! Way to go Select Dental Care! 10/10 would and will definitely recommend!

This team is amazing! I would think most dont enjoy a visit to get even cleanings, much less something like a crown or other extensive work, however Matt and his team will change your mind! I was in Bend for a conference and had broken a tooth that was a crown. Got in touch with these guys and they do crowns in house ON THE SAME DAY! Crazy awesome experience throughout, and small little touch.....they have a tv on the ceiling, and you can stream whatever you want to watch while in the chair. loved it! Oh, and the chair offers massage and heat, whats not to love!? Matt and his team have elevated the dental experience, so thank you Matt and team. Wish I lived in the area, cause you guys rock!
