I recently relocated to FL from NY and was looking for a dental office with finance options bc I have no dental insurance. I called Forni bc they are literally at the end of my street and the price was very reasonable for a cleaning and they even did an x-ray of an area that was bothering me for free! The staff was so friendly and explained everything, even got a tour of the office. Plus the new patient gift was great! I will definitely be coming back :

I've been waiting so many years for my new smile transformation I can honestly say that Dr. Forni and his staff went above and beyond to make me feel relaxed comfortable basically made me feel like myself again. There wasn't any awkward conversations no odd staring! Everyone was warm and inviting there was so much support and excitement for me to become the new me as I went through my new smile journey.

Dr. Forni and his staff are absolutely amazing. He and his staff provide excellent customer service and truly care about their patients. They pride themselves of personalized and compassionate care which emanates the moment you walk in the door. The professionalism and superior knowledge of Dr. Forni and his colleagues are top tier. I just returned from my first visit to Forni and all I can say is wow. The entire experience was great- very friendly check in process, then a tour of the office by my hygienist Jessica (who is awesome by the way) a deep cleaning, then on to the 3d xray machine, then on to very thorough xrays of different mouth sections and then finally a visit with Dr. Mohammad. I can honestly say this was one of my best experiences in a dental facility.

What can I say, Forni Dental truly is the best! Dr. Pero and Anya make a great team. The injection was painless, and I was so relaxed throughout the appointment that I felt like I could go to sleep. I loved hearing the communication between Dr. Pero and Anya. That is what makes a great dentist and great assistant.

After avoiding a dentist's office for 3 years, I finally went to Forni Dental after moving to this area. After having root canals and crowns replaced, etc. I have to say after visiting this office I was not dreading my future appointments! The entire staff is so friendly and welcoming. Dr. Forni and Kelli are the best and so concerned with my comfort. As hard as it is to believe, in all the work I had done I never felt any pain or discomfort. I would recommend Forni Dental to anyone and have been doing so! So thankful to have them here in Lake Wales. By far the best dental office ever!
