I will have to say, this by far was the best dental experience I've had in several years. I work in the industry and have had several dentists provide me with great care, but this exceeded my expectations! Thank you!

Liz is an amazing hygienist! I saw her for the first time today, and hands down the best cleaning experience I've ever had. She was so gentle and was aware & careful around the areas of my teeth that are sensitive. It was such a pleasant experience! Great office, doctor, and staff!

I received a very thorough and enjoyable examination. The office is beautiful with state-of-the-art equipment. Dr. Williams was very knowledgeable, and a good communicator. His team is friendly and warm. They make you feel like family. Having worked in dentistry for over a decade in my hometown. I would highly recommend this practice.

I usually HATE the dentist but this was by far the best experience I have had. Everyone was extremely friendly and welcoming. Everyone introduced themselves and made me feel comfortable. The office is gorgeous and clean. DR. Williams was super nice and talked me through everything and was understanding to my teeth sensitivity. I highly recommend! 10/10 experience and I'm sure this will be my new dentist.

I have been to many dentists over the years. This dental office far outweighs any experience I have ever had. Dr. Williams is so gentle, patient and considerate. He takes the patient's comfort very seriously. The entire staff is professional, enthusiastic and knowledgeable. It is in a great location, and there is lots of parking. The office itself is extremely chic and beautifully decorated. Honestly, this dental appointment was a pleasant experience. He is the only dentist I will ever use.

Hands down the best dentist I have been to! It was my first time as a new patient and the entire staff was very nice and genuinely caring. Dr. Willams is great, he was gentle and extremely good at explaining what was going to be happening during the visit. It's nice to have finally found a dentist that takes care of patients to this high of a degree!

Hands down the best Dentist in town! From the moment you walk into the office you feel welcomed, appreciated, and like family! They literally know and keep up with all of their patients on more than just a business level! Dr. Williams and staff take their time cleaning and caring for dental needs and answering questions! I always leave with my teeth feeling and looking great! The sunglasses you get to keep is an extra bonus as well!

Strongly recommend Dr. Williams practice. The office is brand new with all the latest equipment. As a new patient Dr. Williams spent a majority of the cleaning with me to ensure he had the best picture of my dental history and needs. The service and experience exceeded all my expectations. You will not be disappointed!

They are always inquisitive and truly listen to any concerns, wants or needs I may have. Their work is exceptional, and unfortunately, I've had some work done.

Most importantly, it has always been a painless experience. Dr. Williams always ensures you are numb and comfortable before beginning work; he's good at the numbing process too! Dr. Williams and his staff are amazing. From scheduling, going out of their way to fit me in as a new patient the following day for a time sensitive issue, to friendliness and professionalism - this is the practice to go to. It takes a lot to find a genuine, trustworthy dentist and I wish I had found him years ago. I don't leave reviews often but feel strongly about this one. A friend of mine recently had the same experience and referred me.

I was really impressed with the new office and the friendly staff. My wife has been seeing Dr. Williams for a few years now and I made the switch after my dentist retired. My first visit was exceptional and thorough. I liked how Dr. Williams thought through my treatment options and discussed them with me. The staff were all very friendly and welcoming. I'm glad I made the switch and look forward to my future visits.

Gentle, knowledgeable and caring. I have not been to the dentist for over 6 years. I have major dental office anxiety. I also have sensory sensitivity that make the procedures intolerable. But, Dr. Williams, Janet and Laurie (not sure if I spelled that right!) put my mind and body at ease. They have the new technology to make each procedure less painful and sensory overwhelming. They knew exactly what I needed. I am going back in 6 months! It’s worth the drive to Charlotte from Asheville.

Dr. Williams is excellent! He listens to any and all concerns without rushing you. I also feel that he keeps up with the latest technology and is willing to invest in it. The office staff are so friendly and really make you feel welcome. Before he moved to his new office I would travel 45 minutes just to see him. Lucky for me, his new office is closer and more convenient. I would highly recommend Dr. Williams.

Visiting Dr Williams was a Great experience overall! From the moment you walk in the receptionist is warm and welcoming and the lobby is beautifully decorated and makes you feel like you’re in your own stylish living room. Both the hygienist Laurie & Dr Williams are so friendly and personable- they are both so sincere and care about your comfort and experience.

This review is all coming from someone who has anxiety about going to the dentist but after such wonderful treatment and ease of my cleaning, x-rays and well-check I will definitely be more comfortable going back for future visits and would highly recommend to anyone!
