My 13 year old daughter has been going here for the last 2 years. Dentist is always kind, courteous and professional. Office is always clean and the staff is always pleasant. The Dentist is thorough and the appointments start on time. We are always in and out in maybe 20 minutes. Great practice!

We have been coming here for a couple of years and always have a great experience. Doctor is great, and all the staff members are really nice. The kids love coming here and get the balloons and goodies. And for the most time wait time is great and not long. I just wish they have more appts available. Other than that we love coming great place.

Dr. Dan is super pleasant and dedicated. My daughter had a lot of anxiety about her dental work but he was very patient with her and explained everything to me for her best interest. Highly recommend!

I am so pleased with the care of the whole staff. My son hates the dentist and would be more willing to have a shot or 500 swabs up his nose during this time. He came home happy and def on point with brushing and flossing by himself as I monitor. As me working at a hospital I am being totally honest. Keep up the good work!

The receptionist called me to ask me for my insurance information on Thursday at 5:06pm. I didn't have the card with me so let her know I need to retrieve it and can she call me back in about 5 minutes. She then proceeded to say in a nasty tone that "No I cannot call you back because it's the end of the day, so you call tomorrow with the information if you don't want to lose your appointment".that was really strange to call me to ask but then she can't wait 5 minutes, it's ridiculous!

I put all the information in the system on Friday from the text message. We are now good for our appointment at 11am EST on Saturday, or so I thought! Saturday arrives and we have my sons soccer game at 9am. I receive a call at 9:45-9:50 to let me know that there was a cancellation and if we could get there earlier to be seen. I was like sure no problem, right after soccer we got there around 10:15ish.after waiting for like 20 min I asked her when I would've seen and Apparently, she called every other patient to see if they could come so now we have to wait, since other ones arrived first that us.

Which doesn't make any sense, in that case I would come at my appointment time. I told her you should let me know that other people arrive and I would come that early, then she blame it in my insurance information, information that I put in they system and that she could had if she wouldn't call at the end of the day. After all, I left after been met with nasty tone for a couple of days from her. Just the manner in which she spoke to me was extremely unprofessional. I would not recommend going here!

I was going there for 5 years, I have attended all the appointments with my children except one that the same day they had the appointments when my mother passed away that day. I call to make an appointment because my daughter has a toothache and one attends me of the secretaries there and she holds the phone laughing and he wouldn't stop laughing while I was in a hurry with my daughter who had a toothache, then I start to tell her that I needed an appointment and she tells me that I have already missed and that next time they will take my children out of the system I tell her it's fine that doesn't interest me now what interests me is that my daughter is in pain and I need an appointment, so they want to give me an appointment in a week as my 9-year-old daughter is supposed to go to be in pain all those days, I tell her to let me talk to the other secretary who speaks Spanish, who is the one who always makes appointments for me and they leave me on hold for a while, finally she answers me and I explain what was happening and she stars to defend her partner instead of listening my part of the story.

I needed to get an appointment another for my daughter and she began to raise her voice. seriously They work with children and they need to learn to treat clients well especially when they are working with children they are both rude I will never return to that place.

Employees are very kind and generous. My children are really shy and they were very helpful in making it a friendly environment for them. My daughter loves going to the dentist and getting a surprise toy/balloon at the end. My son enjoys getting tips on how to keep his teeth looking great! I would strongly recommend because they are fast and efficient!

Super nice doctors and staff. They give the kids balloons and a sometimes a little toy for being brave. They gave me really good advice on how to start winning my daughter off her pacifier.

This was my sons first visit at a dentist and it was an amazing experience. The wait time was slim to none, the hygienist was super sweet, the dentist who treated him was very nice as well. And the front desk person was also very accommodating as she scheduled us last minute from one of their cancellations. I look forward to our next appointment

This was the first time my 6 year old son, who happens to be a spectrum soldier, was able to complete a dental visit. He was so severely anxious about the dentist in the past, that he would fight his way out of the chair. Thankfully, we found Tender Smiles 4 Kids. This visit went so smoothly that I was in utter amazement! The hygienist (unfortunately I can't recall her name) answered my son every time he had a question and explained step by step what she was doing next and kept him calm. Dr. Rod was amazing!

This place is terrible. They cancel your appointment without your knowledge. You show up and they say they assumed you weren't coming to the appointment because you didn't send a text reply back quick enough. The worst part is there is no courtesy message or call to say your appointment has been cancelled. Worst dentist office. I've seen thia review on them before though smh. Lost another customer.

I was looking for a local pediatric dentist for my twin boys, and I came across Tender Smiles, I called that morning and to my surprise they were able to scheduled me the same day, I was a little nervous as it was my twins first time visiting a dentist, but everything went well, the staff is very friendly and supportive, they make my boys experience pleasant and they even came back home wanting to visit the dentist the following day. Thank you for welcoming us with open arms.

Such an amazing and friendly environment. I was in-and-out very fast. This is the best place I could have chosen for my children. The Ladies at the front desk are amazing and so helpful 10 stars.

I came a little early, the check in process was very quick and easy. My daughter and I was asked to come in and The receptionist greeted us and directed us on the next steps. Professionally someone came out letting my daughter know what would be done and gave me an option on when to come back. The dentist was extremely nice and went easy on my daughter. The staff AMAZING! Thank you all for making that experience great for us.

My kids love Dr. Blasco. He's great with kids and makes them feel at ease with their dental check-ups-and even with filling cavities.which says a lot! He's extremely knowledgeable as well in dental diseases/issues and correlation with possible autoimmune diseases. The office staff is super efficient as are the dental hygienists. The hygienists are also great with kids and are very gentle with my kids. All around great practice.

Dr. Rhod and his staff in the Roselle location are incredibly informative, friendly, kind and top-notch care. They are great with communication before, during and after the visit. My child enjoys his visits and doesn't have any worries about going to the dentist. Thanks for your excellent service!
