Very friendly and immaculate office. The staff was professional and accommodating. I had an extremely thorough cleaning, dental exam and extensive X-rays were taken. If I had this done by my former dentist, it would have been $350, however, this first visit was only $79. My hubby referred me and I was quite pleased. I scheduled a teeth whitening and am looking forward to a brighter smile. Thank you, Rotem Dental.

Everyone was wonderful especially Jessica and Heather. I was extremely nervous coming in after over 4 years of not seeing a dentist due to cancer diagnosis and the ongoing pandemic. I had a great first visit and they put me at ease. They gave clear instructions for care and scheduled my next appointment!

I have never felt comfortable or safe in a dentist office, I'd have anxiety before going & once I was there but with Dr. Rotem & his staff, I'm always so calm & relaxed! I had an extremely good experience! I was greeted and seen in a timely fashion. My X-ray tech was pleasant, quick and efficient in her position, they have state of the art equipment that made the experience pleasant. My dental hygienist I have to state by name, her name was Kaylee and she was Excellent! Next I had to wait for a brief period but the dental assistant that came in made a point of updating me how much longer it might be every few minutes and talked to me kindly instead of just having me laying there.

My dentist reviewed my X-rays and confirmed where I had discomfort followed by telling me procedures necessary to resolve my dental problems. Last but not least upon my departure, I was informed of what my anticipated bill would be out of pocket and in regard to my insurance plans, which was in net work. And how payment and reimbursement of insurance claims worked. I was very impressed and would definitely refer people to this office. Well the last thing I'll say is I left with a Healthy and Happy Smile! Very Positive Experience!

Everyone at Rotem Dental is customer friendly and professional which makes you feel at ease. The staff is very concerned about your hygienic health and provided multiple options I can take better care of my teeth. The office is very clean with top of the line equipment. I'm very satisfied that I go to Rotem Dental for my dental services.

My experience at Rotem Dental was really good. From the front desk to the x-ray technician to my dental hygienist, everybody was welcoming and cheerful. All my questions were answered and even Dr. Rotem examined me! Highly recommend giving them a try!

The staff is so nice and professional. I come here all the time for cleanings and I am so pleased! Dr Rotem did a great job with my front teeth crown as well. So happy to have found a great dentist close to home.

In all the years of having to go to the dentist I can gladly say this was the best experience I have ever had. Jill the hygienist was so personable and funny and most importantly she was gentle as a lamb. The Dr was polite did not rush and explained my situation in plain language. Very pleasant man. Monica and the rest of the staff was inviting, treated me like a VIP and made me feel at ease. Thanks for the T Shirt and see you soon. I highly recommend this practice. Dr Ron Rotem is the reason I went back to dentist. He is just so calming and caring. I went 2 consecutive days and made it through fine. Wonderful staff. First person you meet is Ashley and she goes the extra mile to accommodate you.

They are very nice very clean Im always scared going to have my teeth clean. But this office has the best associate they took there time examining and cleaning my teeth very friendly accommodating the best part the hygienist Kailyn are so good I did not feel any pain on cleaning procedure. Today was my first visit at Rotem and I was impressed by how helpful, couteous and professional all the staff was from the time you entered. They were very conscious about covid precautions. They really took their time to explain all the procedures and had state of the art equipment. Me and my husband were very pleased and planned to return for continued care.

This office has such a professional staff that no matter what you are going to do, every step is clearly explained and you get to decide what you want to do. There are no surprises with the treatments or costs. I love Dr. Rotem and his amazing dental support staff (which is sooo much more.) Happy New Year! I will see you in the new year.

I had Amanda for my last cleaning and she was awesome! She listened to my concerns, was gentle with me and even gave me helpful hints for keeping my teeth clean and white! As per usual an outstanding experience all around! Happy Holidays to all!

Rotem Dental takes my coverage. And able to accommodate my me on s short notice especially on a Saturday They we're able to help, and also provide a Sat appointment. Staff from the office were quick in sending me forms to fill out. The hygienist and Doctor were wonderful making me comfortable and explaining what procedures are needed.

I had a lot of intense dental work done and what I liked most was Dr. Jane's honesty about it all. They didn't sugar coat it and I would rather have the truth then be surprised about what would come after. Still healing but I'm hoping for the best.

I've never been to Rotem Dental. My molar cracked in half on a Friday night, I had a wedding to attend the next day. My dentist didn't have Saturday hours. I did my Goggle search, saw Rotem had 4.8 stars with over 750 reviews. I called, they got me in, everyone was friendly, prompt and efficient. Needless to say I was able to attend the wedding and have a great time with no stress or pain. They were wonderful!

To start, the office is gorgeous. It doesn't feel like your typical dentist's office. Everyone is friendly and helpful.oh and cheery! I believe my dentist is Dr. Aurora. She's friendly, kind, nice, proficient and professional. I can't say enough good things about my entire experience. I'm so glad my sister recommended them.

I needed an emergency visit, my own dentist would not see me. I called Rotem Dental and was given an immediate appointment. Was not even a patient at the time. I am now! Every single staff member went above and beyond to make me feel comfortable and at ease. My family of four are now patients! Thank you Joanne, for getting me in and me now having a new dentist!

Im not sure why this dentist has a lot of good reviews. At first I was impressed by the fancy x ray machine but they don't care about their patients and only care about the money. I need a root canal and they wouldn't do it without doing a crown which I cannot afford right now. So instead they are refusing to treat the pain with a more manageable $300 payment for just a root canal and instead want the $1,000 at time of visit to do root canal and crown.

Do not go there they are cheats. I always new they charged more than most dentists but the hours were really good so I dealt with it. Today ended that and they will never get my business again. They will string you a long on treatment plans and keep adding additional fees. I questioned what the new fees were for and they practically threw me out. Janet the office manager was so rude and condescending and zero help.

Instead of explaining to me why new fees (that didnt make sense and were never mentioned previously) were popping up she said, If you don't like it leave. I have already spent thousands of dollars there and that was the customer service I received. This is after they strung me along for five months trying to make an appointment for a specific procedure. Turns out they strung me along so they could charge me more. Stay away, the good hours are not worth the extra hundreds of dollars.

Doctor and staff quite personable. Explained everything thoroughly and definitely made me feel like I mattered, not just a number. Would most definitely recommend to others in need of dental attention/work.

Great experience. Highly recommended. Awesome staff and very clean facility. Walked out of there more then happy with my visit.
