Awesome dentist. Wonderful staff. Great environment. I've never had such a good time getting dental work done. I've been here twice now but the staff makes me feel like I've known them for years. If you're looking for a dentist and want to have a good laugh then this is the place for you! Flawless dental work. Highly recommend.

10:00 a:m Thursday I called doctor Gross about pain in my upper jaw/teeth. They asked if I could come at noon that same day. After taking x-rays it was determined I needed a root canal. Doctor Gross paused a moment and said "let's do it right now". When he told me I didn't need any anesthesia I panicked. But he reassured me there would be no pain because it was a dead tooth. He was right and in about 20 minutes he was all done. Great job. Highly recommended

Appointment at 10am. Had to ask the X-ray Tech where the DDS was 40 minutes into my wait. Finally comes in speaking in a whisper. I had to ask him to repeat all of what he was saying, he has a mask on and is whispering. He said I would need a crown. I asked about the price, he mumbled about $1200 or so. I reviewed my DDS insurance card, asked him what this type of work fell under, he said he didn't know but then took 2 seconds of his time to look at my card, says major restoration.
I had made up my mind. He wasn't getting the job. I saw this dds on the phone when I was checking in. Not sure why I waited 40 minutes (after I had so ask Where's the DDs?!?!) what a lamer. Not getting a dime from me.

Great experience and am so glad I called this office. Saw me quickly when I was in a lot of pain. I had needed extensive dental work for some time, and Dr. Gross did the work and did an excellent job. Both Dr. Gross + Staff were great and very accommodating, even through the pandemic. Enjoying my new smile!

This is the best dentist I have EVER been to. The office staff is wonderful. Dr. Gross and the staff are so patient with my bad gag reflex. He is the only dentist that can get a dental impression without me getting sick. Pricing is reasonable and they go above and beyond to try and help and make things work for you. If you need a new dentist. This is the place!

Dr. Gross is not only a GREAT Dentist, but he cares about you and how you're feeling. I am Petrified of all dentists due to a horrible experience when I was a child. When I came to him, I needed work done and he knew that I probably wouldn't come back, so he canceled his last patient of the day and did it right then. He talked with me and kept me calm.
I have the a lot of Trust and Respect for him. He also has a WONDERFUL staff. The ladies are so sweet. They're always smiling a talk to you like you're a friend. It's an all around Great Place.

I have gone to Dr. Gross for more than 36 years. He is an outstanding dentist! Wonderful bedside manner, very calm, always takes his time and explains procedures thoroughly letting you decide on your best option. I never feel pushed into anything. I would recommend him to anyone. If you think you live too far, I feel it's well worth the drive for your peace of mind.
