Dr. Miles Madison DDS entered the University of Southern California at the young age of sixteen, where he graduated Magna Cum Laude with a Bachelors Degree in Biological Sciences in 1985. He then attended UCLA School of Dentistry where he again graduated with top honors and was the recipient of numerous academic awards.

Let me tell you how happy iam about choosing your office. I found your office to be ran professionally I got my appointment fast and was seen right away, but more importantly everything was explained to me from from X-ray tech to the hygienist. The doctor put me at ease. I thoroughly recommend this dentist and will be bringing my most precious possession my family to this office.

I would not recommend this location. My appointment was at 12PM I wasn't sent to a room until 1:45 PM. The orthodontist didn't come see me until 2:05 PM. He only spoke to me briefly no longer than a 15 second conversation. While waiting the receptionist told someone the ortho was running late on appointments. However, they should have contacted people letting them know.
I had already waited 30 minutes and thought it wouldn't be much longer. That's was the mistake on my part, I would have cancelled if I was told in advance that they were running late. I understand that it can be busy but they should be considerate of peoples schedules. My overall experience was horrible, I don't understand how they have a 4.5 rating.

I can definitely say that the wait to be seen by the dental hygienist or the dentist has improved. I didn't wait longer than expected. The dental hygienist took her time cleaning my teeth but didn't floss my teeth. They didn't give the toothbrush bag after my cleaning. The wait for the dentist wasn't too bad either and he also took his time to go through my X-ray. I hope they continue to keep the wait shorter and convenient for the patients. The place is clean and organized. Glendale, NY location
