Dr. Penelope Chang earned her undergraduate degree from Barnard College in 1990 and her DDS from the Columbia University College of Dental Medicine (CDM) in 1996. She graduated with multiple honors including induction into the honor society Omicron Kappa Upsilon, the Psi Omega Achievement Award, Law and Ethics Award and Divisional Excellence in Operative Dentistry.
