Once an appointment is made, the time is reserved for each individual patient. To avoid a broken appointment penalty, patients are required to notify Westshore Family Dental at least one business day in advance of any cancellation. Will I be charged for missed or cancelled appointments? Sometimes a missed appointment fee will be charged for a missed or cancelled appointment depending on the individual situation.
