This place is shady! When doing my bridge I had to go back three times in one week, each time I was there for more than five hours! And then they kept adding to my bill and I've asked for a detailed bill that I have not received and then they send the bill to my boyfriend! Very shady and I think that breaks a lot of HIPAA rules! Will not be going back to this place

If I could rate 0 I would. I didn't even get a chance to make an appointment. The lady that answered the phone was extremely unpleasant the second she answered. I called THE NEW PATIENT number that they have displayed on the website. & she said they didn't see me in the system. Well duhh. I called the new patient number. She sounded like she didn't want to be answering phones and doing her job. Just because you don't like your job doesn't mean you take it out on your patients.
She spoke to me like I was dumb, and asked "did you see if we are in network" all snobby like. Yes why else would I be calling your office! I hope you guys can get nicer people in your office. Do better.

I felt as if I was not supposed to be there. I made an appointment over the phone. When I showed up no one greeted me once the woman got off the phone she asked me if I had an appointment which I did she claimed she didn't see it in a rude tone. She didn't offer to reschedule me.
