DO NOT GO HERE if you are not caucasian! I received a letter out of the blue canceling my future appointments! SHOCKED! If you are NOT an caucasian american you are not welcome here. Trust! Should have known by No diversity in the staff! One of their staff members loosen my crown that eventually fell out. I went in to have it put back in. My deductible was $50 and I said it was only fair to split it. The office manager said no (clearly didn't want to keep my business) so I ask her to ask the doctor, she did and he agreed and now I received a letter terminating my business permanently. FLOORED!
