I lost a filling the day before a vacation. Dr. Roberts in the Harrisonburg office filled it that same day so I didn't have to worry about it while I was gone. I greatly appreciated it! Go DHA!

Dr Kareem took care of the pain in my tooth. Very pleased with the extra time he took to diagnose the problem.

Had a good experience receiving a crown. Do think that dental costs are extremely high and don't understand why, if your teeth are so related to many other health concerns, Medicare does not cover dental work!

I have been avoiding a dentist because of covid. I had a toothache and called Dental Health Associates and they gave me an appointment the very next day. The office personal are friendly and make you feel comfortable. The facility is clean and all precautions are taken to protect patients and staff. They listened to all concerns and answered all questions.

They went over treatment options and costs before work was done so I could choose what I wanted. I signed up for their dental plan so I will be going back for cleanings and all dental procedures.

My six year old daughter had her first filling done with Dr. Kareem. After going to two other offices before finding out about Dental Health Associates, prior dentist encounters were full of judgement and subpar care. Dr. Kareem was amazing, he explained everything to us and made my six year old feel at ease. My husband and I were very pleased with his care and cannot thank him enough for taking such great care of our little girl. The entire experience was amazing, from the front desk lady to the dental hygienist, everyone was fantastic.

I call on a Friday night to their emergency number. I have a tooth that I had been seen about a couple weeks earlier that needs a root canal. Due to surgery and then getting sick I was unable to schedule the work. Well, back to the emergency call. The tooth was bothering me so I spoke to the dentist and since it was the start of the weekend I could not be seen at least until Monday.

I was told they would call and get me in. Well, no one called and I ended up calling on Tuesday. It's like they didn't even know me. Said the soonest they could see me was the following Monday. LOL. Not sure why they have an emergency number or what constitutes one to get in and have this taken care of. Very disappointing and hopefully the pain doesn't return before my appointment.

Staff is knowledgeable and friendly. Treatment plan was nicely printed including insurance coverage, etc. I feel more comfortable here already than I have ever have seeing a dentist.

Dr Good is amazing! She does amazing work and has a sweet disposition and always makes your dental work comfortable and as painless as she is able. Highly recommended.

Not sure how to begin this review, because honestly, no one likes going to the dentist! However, the staff here make me feel so comfortable that I actually don't mind going to the dentist anymore. Dr. Kareem is the first dentist that ever listened to me when I say I'm not getting numb enough. He made sure I was properly numbed, and that was the first time in my life that I didn't feel any pain while having a procedure done.

He even stayed late to make sure I was comfortable to do the procedure. Now my husband is going here. He too was terrified to go, and all the staff made him feel so comfortable. He said he will never go to another dentist office again! He also had a great experience. I definitely recommend this office and Dr. Kareem.

I have major anxiety when it comes to dental work. They understand and work with me. They are super friendly and do great work and ensure I am comfortable all during my visits!
