Dr. Brown and his staff have been our family dentist for over 17 years and we have experienced the best service imaginable! His entire staff is knowledgeable and friendly. No question goes unanswered! From the moment you walk through the door you are treated with dignity and respect! His hygienists and technicians know their business and have handled our needs with skill that is unmatched. Dr. Brown and Dr. Johnson provide the foundation for this practice and it shows in each and every visit. As a retired medical administrator with over 30 years of dealing with medical staff, I would recommend this office without hesitation or reservation as they are this good!

This office is run efficiently and the dental assistant s are friendly and do an excellent job! Dr Scott Brown which is the Dentist I see, is very professional but with a down to earth manner and makes you feel like family! Horrible experience with the office staff & management! Disfunction at its best. They called me seven times inside of a week to change an appointment. They have no internal communications or systems that allow for a smoothly operating dental practice. When I tried to gingerly, kindly provide feedback around what the staff put me through, they blamed me for expressing the need to have improved customer service. unbelievable! As you can see from the former feedback, I am not the first complain about the staff.
