Good place, but when they quote you $120 for a cleaning and then you go in and after you tell them you don't need X-rays and they make you feel like it's included and then your bill is $480. Not to happy

I have been going to GDG for well over 10 years. I always get the best care from Dr. Sprout and the hygienists, they are always on time with my appointments, and they only recommend additional dental work when it is absolutely necessary. I highly recommend GDG.

Great staff, my family also sees Dr. Sprout and we all enjoy him and his assistant. However, their newest receptionist (I think Norma?) has been rude and very unhelpful when trying to understand and make appointments. As well as being rude, she does not wear her mask. It is always hanging below her chin or nose. In a setting that requires patients to remove their masks for treatment, I figured the masks would be better enforced throughout their staff. Definitely making me consider other clinics as options for any further dental work. Very disappointing.

So thankful to Dr Chris Sprout and his entire staff! Before coming to Genesse Dental, my teeth were a mess. Despite my best efforts and multiple visits with many dentists, my teeth continued to deteriorate. I felt embarrassed and ashamed. I was also in a lot of pain. After meeting with Dr Sprout, I felt very comfortable and had a lot of hope. Dr Sprout restored my entire mouth and now I love my smile! Dr Sprout is an expert. His knowledge and professionalism are top-notch. The entire staff is excellent! Just the BEST!

My wife and I have been patients at Genesee Dental Group for several years. The competent and friendly professional services and staff have always been delightful. A recent experience showed me just how good they can be. Last Sunday, I bit into an energy bar and foolishly bit so hard that a cap came off. (I thought I had broken a molar). I called their office around noon and their voicemail message had Dr. Sprout's cellphone number on it.

I called and left him a message to give him a heads up on what had happened. He returned my call in TWO MINUTES and said his staff member, Jen, would call me first thing Monday morning to set a time for me to come in. The call came in as promised, I went to the office at 9:30, and was on my way at 10:00am with the cap put back in place. Luckily, I had saved it. Lucky Genesee group was so responsive. They are wonderful!
