This office has been wonderful to work with! From the first time we walked in for a consult to 3/4 way through my sons treatment- the staff is always smiling and they try to really work with schedules.

Dr. Koufos and his staff are amazing. They are kind and gentle. Dr. Koufos makes sure you understand what's going on and is kind to the kids and talks to them, so they understand what's important. My son was scared of getting the expander and then walked out saying it wasn't so bad. I appreciate all they do!

It's been a year I been with this orthodontic and I must say I LOVE them. Everyone is pleasant, gentle even when it hurts and answer all thousand of my questions lol. The office is clean and it's never a long wait or long visit. Dr. Koufos and his team are the real deal! Dr. Koufos takes the time to explain everything and, more importantly, he makes even the children feel comfortable with everything! Both of our children had their orthodontic treatment with Dr. Koufos, both children had very different plans of care and both children now have great smiles and straight teeth!

Never has any problems with this them until my most recent visit. Overall staff has always been very patient and kind. However, on this visit, dental hygienist Stephanie was impatient, insensitive, and immature. She had such little regard for how I was feeling throughout the duration of the appointment. While trying to voice my concerns she snapped at me telling me I was being a disrespectful teenager with an attitude and I immediately felt like my emotions were being invalidated.

At this point I was infuriated telling her she was arguing with a 16 year old and was being extremely rude and immature. The appointment ended with me not wanting to come back and now having to schedule my appointments around her schedule so I don't have to see her again. Has always been a nice place, but now is a place I don't ever want to see again. Moral of the story, go if you want good orthodontic care, just avoid Stephanie if you want your feelings to be recognized.
