Mistake was made with my appointment today where they lost my appointment on their schedule. The office staff made it right and I ended up with Doctor Desai for a cleaning rather than a hygienist. They made it right. That was important since I have a limited schedule and also come from a distance. Mistakes happen. but they handled it exceptionally.

It was first time at the office, everyone was friendly, welcoming. My little one doesn't like to go to the dentist but Lisa was amazing with my daughter, my daughter liked her and said is Lisa going to be there when I came next time. It was a great experience.
