I went to this office after accidentally breaking my permanent retainer. I called the day before and the receptionist set my appointment for 7:30am the following morning. When I got to the office, it did not take long to be taken the back, however, I was confused as to why x-rays were being done when I simply needed my retainer to be reattached to my top four teeth. The x-ray was free, so I did not question it further.
The blonde curly haired women did the x-ray then asked me what I needed done. I told her why I was there then she proceeded to say the reattachment would NOT be done that day. I was very confused and upset because I specifically came for that reason. She was very rude, inconsiderate, and did not care that she wasted my time. If you decide to go to this office, ask EVERY question you can think of because it is clear the staff lacks empathy and consideration for other's time.
