Amy first came to Barataria Dental, LLC in 1978 as Dr. Guy's dental assistant. She now helps lead the team with Dr. Valerie and Dr. Maria as the Office Manager. She attended LW Higgins High School in Marrero. She has trained as an Expanded Duty Dental Assistant and is certified in Radiology. She has over 30 years of experience in the dental field.

Today, Dr. Maria Burmaster and Dr. Valerie Hemphill carry on their father's practice, now at Barataria Dental.
