What dental services do you offer?
We provide preventive care, restorative treatments (crowns, implants, dentures), root canals, periodontal therapy, and cosmetic dentistry in a family-friendly environment.
Do you accept emergency appointments?
Emergency care is available for established patients. Call our office after hours to reach a doctor directly for urgent dental needs.
Are you accepting new patients?
Yes! We welcome new patients aged 8+. Please submit recent dental records for new appointments and complete individual forms for each family member.
What technology do you use?
Our office features digital X-rays, medical-grade air purifiers in every room, and state-of-the-art diagnostic tools for precise, comfortable treatments.
Do you accept MaineCare?
We currently do not accept MaineCare or transfers from Aspen Dental. Please contact our office for details about payment options and insurance.

Fantastic dental office. Always using the newest technology, and they make you feel right at home. I fell in love with my dental hygienist, we're meeting again in January. I'd say things are getting serious. All joking aside, you won't find a better dentist and/or staff.

I cannot say there was anything I did not like about Mid-coast Family Dentistry. All the people are great, the building is spacious and well organized (very clean), I felt like I was in good hands the entire time - which helped me relax. I highly recommend this dental practice.

What a wonderful, welcoming and caring practice this is. I had neglected seeing a dentist for several years, and they were able to schedule me in extremely quickly, were on time for my appointment, and provided an excellent experience overall. Cannot recommend them highly enough!

I had a great experience with Midcoast Family Dentistry. The facility was very neat and clean - I felt confident in their COVID-19 safety measures. The staff were all very friendly and helpful with any questions I had. And I was happy with my teeth cleaning and X-Ray experience there. I also loved the little gift bag I received as a new patient - sweet touch! All in all, a great experience. Would definitely recommend.

I have not had a bad or uncomfortable experience since I have been going there. The entire team is excellent. Happy and sad Dr Randy is retiring. Laura is awesome! Thank you all for providing friendly and professional care from the moment I walk in. I always look forward to my next visit

I received excellent care at Midcoast Family Dentistry. I was visiting family when I needed emergency dental care and Midcoast got me in right away. Dr. Tom and his staff were friendly and took great care of me. I felt more comfortable with them than I do with my regular dentist. I recommend them highly!
