In addition to primary care services, MVCHS also operates a School Based Health Center, an adult day services program, home care, and personal care services.

Mora Valley Community Health Services, Inc. (MVCHS) is a private 501(c)3 non-profit corporation. As a Federally Qualified Health Center, MVCHS provides primary medical, dental, behavioral health services. MVCHS is funded in part by the Health Resources and Services Administration (HRSA) and the New Mexico Rural Primary Health Care Act (RPHCA).
Primary Care

The clinic is open from 7:00 A.M. to 5:00 P.M., Monday through Friday. We offer medical, dental and behavioral health services. We are a culturally and linguistically competent provider capable of meeting the dynamic and diverse needs of all ethnic groups in Mora County. This health center receives HHS funding and has Federal Public Health Service (PHS) deemed status with respect to certain health or health-related claims, including medical malpractice claims, for itself and its covered individuals.
Medical
Report
MVCHS provides a full range of outpatient primary medical services including acute and chronic care. Although MVCHS is not an urgent care facility, urgent care is available for a wide range of procedures. Basic laboratory testing is also available at the clinic, and dispense affordable medications for MVCHS patients.
Dental
Report
MVCHS' Dental Clinic provides an array of dental services by a licensed dentist and dental staff. Services include preventative and restorative dental intervention as well as dental hygiene, provided in a state-of-the-art dental suite. MVCHS' dental professionals are experienced, personable and knowledgeable.
