I recently moved to town and was still looking for a new dentist when I lost a crown a week ago, but they managed to fit me in immediately. I also benefited from a great new patient special that was available. The whole experience was superb, from the first phone call to the checkout process.
Having a positive experience with Dr Kastl and his assistant was a highlight, as they were both gentle and considerate. Im going to like this place.

North Valley Family Dentistry is really amazing. I have a significant fear of dentists in general, but from the moment I entered, I found it to be a comfortable place. The calming scent of essential oils and the plush furniture in the waiting area helped me feel at ease. The staff were very sweet and caring, and Dr. Castil was professional, yet humorous and informative. My husband also goes to this dentist and he is equally satisfied with their service.
I highly recommend this dentist if you are looking for a new one, and if you have a phobia like me, you will not regret visiting them. I am thankful to have found a new dentist office that I can call my family dentist.

The hygienist replacing Vanessa was a bit of a disaster. I jumped several times as she would hit the wrong spot. She also put so much, think it's called, proenamel on I finally brushed my teeth so I could eat w/o tasting it. I do want to add I have recommended your office several times. Today was an isolated incident. Otherwise I am always happy with the Doctor, hygienist and staff.

My husband Mike Mackey had his first appointment yesterday and was very happy with the whole experience and dentist. This is coming from someone who doesn't enjoy going to the dentist. Looking forward to getting his treatment done from Dr Kastl

All the staff at Dr. Kastle's office is always very pleasant. This is a reflection of him. He always puts his patient first and makes sure every suggestion and prognosis he gives is in the patient's best interest. He will not make you spend money that you don't need to.
