Azle Family Dentistry accepts most PPO Dental Insurance Plans, and we will be happy to file your insurance claims for you. Some procedures may not be covered by your insurance company therefore the patient is responsible for payment. Care Credit is a financing program which allows you to start treatment today and spread payments over time.

At Azle Family Dentistry we value the time we have with our patients and strive to provide the best and most thorough dental services possible. All patient treatments are by appointment only. We understand that at times it may be difficult to keep an appointment you had previously scheduled. If you are unable to keep your appointment, we appreciate a 24 hour notice so we may update our patient schedule. We appreciate your efforts to keep your scheduled appointments as that time has been specifically reserved for you.
