Wow I am beyond happy with the Professionalism in the office with the staff the doctor and a big shout out to Brad! I wasnt sure after my daughter getting her braces today had broken something literally like 40 minutes later. I text the doctor the doctor responded immediately. The office was closed and Brad took time out of his own personal time to come back to the office and assist my daughter! Speaks volume of a customer service that has been embedded in all of the staff! Keep up the amazing work guys you forever have a customer! Today we take off the braces and u couldnt be more satisfied. Brad thank you once again your are the key to LACHs Success!

Haven't started treatment yet, but initial consultation was great. Carolina was sweet and great with the consultation prep! Briana was wonderful with the administrative stuff! Very friendly and kept me company with great conversation while we waited for the insurance company to send the needed information.

I had a perfect experience here the entire time I had my braces, from start to finish. Dr. Lach is fantastic, and his staff is equally amazing
I usually had Brad and Caroline (Carolina?) help me during my 8-week appts, and I cant say enough good things about either of them; they are gentle and caring. But I gotta say the desk/appt staff is just as great and super helpful! My teeth look amazing! Thanks and appreciation to all of you
