She had orthodontic treatment by an orthodontist of her choice with less than an ideal outcome. My direct resin mockup revealed that minor periodontal surgery was necessary to make her gum tissues smaller and teeth longer. This case is one of the best that we have done and has quickly become one of my favorites.
