Meet the Doctor

Dr. Rayna Portnoy is a New York state licensed dentist who also holds licenses in New Jersey and Pennsylvania. Dr. Portnoy graduated from Lafayette College with a Bachelors of Science degree in biology. Later, Dr. Portnoy attended the Ivy League, University of Pennsylvania School of Dental Medicine, where she earned her doctorate in dental medicine in 1991.
