Very rude staff and the dentist with a very bad attitude when I try to explain my kids health condition she didn't allowed me to stay to see the procedure for my son.

My Dad was told his root canal would be covered by his insurance and insurance would pay for it all. They did not tell the truth. Turns out they accept his insurance BUT ARE NOT IN THE NETWORK of his insurance so he had to pay lots of money. Other dentist said dental offices are hurting for money because of COVID. They will say they accept your insurance, but be sure to ask, "BUT Are you in my insurance's network?" Our dentist said HE GOT SCAMMED!

I've been a patient at this dentist office for a while now, and have never had any problems. All of the staff is friendly and they know what there doing. I would definitely recommend this place to other people.

My experience was unacceptable especially after being a customer for over 16 years at the Bartlett location. The front desk response and service should be about the customer. Everything else is secondary. When it first happened, we gave the associate the benefit of the doubt but when it happened for a second time I was disappointed that management continues to let customers NOT be treated with respect and spoken to politely. The pattern that we witnessed is unacceptable in healthcare or in any other field.
