After eighteen years with my dentist he moved to Pennsylvania, so finding a new dentist was going to be a new experience. My first visit to Premier was well beyond my expectations. Been going there for 15 years with my family. I haven't been for a couple years since they permanently messed up my teeth resulting in all my orthodontic work being for nothing. But today the front desk women didn't realize my brother could still hear them talking after he got off the phone and they proceeded to talk about how he just shouldn't come in and they'd prefer that. So we won't be coming in again. I'd rather go to a place that values customers business and has a small semblance of professionalism.

The team at Premier Family Dental is second to none. They are very friendly and the staff and Dr Khalil do a fantastic job of explaining complex procedures in an easy to understand way. They also go above and beyond to help their patients when procedures don't go as planned. I highly recommend this practice to anyone looking for Dental Superiority in the Wadsworth area.

My family and I have been going to Premier now for several years. Every single hygienist who has worked with us has been knowledgeable and friendly. Dr. Khalil is always smiling and spends time asking if I have any questions. The office is immaculate and he keeps a treasure chest for the kiddos. We loved this place so much that we referred my mom there too when she was shopping for a new dentist. Highly, highly recommend!

The staff and Dr. Khalil have taken care of me and my family for years for our dental work. They are polite, work around my family schedule and take the time to educate their patients. I've sent my teenage boys to appointments solo and Marci and Jennifer call with updates or take a call if I have questions. After many previous dental issues, Dr. Khalil takes to time to explain the "hows" & "whys" along with soothing my anxiety. Definitely will continue to recommend them.
