I had the best experience I have ever had with a dentist's office. The staff is amazing. The doctor's are personable. The kindness they showed me was over and above. Would not hesitate to recommend this office to anyone I know. Thank you so much!

Everyone at almost every dental and medical office I have ever gone to has always been super nice. Here too, is no exception. But here also, just as most other dental and medical facilities, you receive a significant bill months after your visit or when you return for a follow-up. After checking and receiving authorization and approval with my 3 dental insurances I was assured of no co-pays or deductibles for my procedure.

This I was told was because of my "excellent coverage" and my appointment was set. But, of course, 11 months later the, "they didn't cover it all" bill comes due in the mail. Don"t get me wrong, they do provide good dental care and everyone really is very nice, but aren't they almost all at every office you visit? Dentistry and healthcare in general is a money racket and I should know I have been an RN for almost 40 years.

After your in the chair its about getting every dollar possible from you, the insurance companies and anyone else they can. This office is no different than most in that regard no matter what they tell you prior to taking that seat.

I'm surprised by all the positive reviews for this office. Maybe if everyone is covered by insurance 100% than this office is for you, then again, you may have work done that you don't even need and that isn't fun! I took my son here and was told he had 3 cavities. Our other dentist, who moved out of state, always said he had none at check ups so I was surprised. We have no insurance and the cost was $1,000 for 3 cavities.

Other office would have been MAYBE $300. That aside, I went to another dr for a 2nd opinion and was told he had ZERO cavities. So, even if we had the $1k to throw in the garbage, having fillings is a pain in the a$$, plus, once you get them, they need to be refilled your entire life at some point, getting bigger and bigger. So, needless to say, that was our first and LAST visit at this office. Upset I even paid $50 for the consult to tell me incorrect info. Other dr office consult was free, so lesson learned. Always best for a 2nd opinion too! Some places only care about the $$

From the 1st person to the last and everyone in between, I felt welcome, comfortable and at ease. It was a very friendly atmosphere. Dr. Montgomery had the "magic touch" and Erika was "smooth as silk". Thanks for fixing my problem and in a timely manner. I shall return!
