Best first time experience ever! My husband and I made an appointment and we just based the location on good reviews. Everyone their was friendly, informative, fast service, and a clean, calm atmosphere. I love the interior design and the set up is well organized. The lobby is big and has complimentary coffee and tea. My appointment was quick and easy. I learned a lot about my current condition with my teeth and got an estimate break down on how much the total will be. I needed an emergency appt. due to an unexpected problem. I was seen that same morning. This practice has all of the modern technology with an absolute personal touch. Everything is explained clearly, options reviewed and the services perfect. I could not ask for better care from the Assistant or Dentist then I had. After walking in to a super clean office, I was welcomed by warm staff. Sonora always does the best job on my teeth cleaning. I won't go to any other hygienist. I would recommend TDC to anyone!

Not a current patient but my experience trying to book a first appointment was so disappointing and hurtful. I accidentally missed my scheduled appointment as I had made it less than 24 hours prior and it was made for first thing in the morning. It was a big mistake on my part and I owned up and called to state that I wasn't going to be able to make it and if I could reschedule for another day.

The receptionist asked if I could come in at another time later in the day and I said no I had to work. She said, I should have known I had work if I had just made the appointment yesterday? And that I needed to provide 24 hours notice for schedule changes. I work full days which is why I need as early as possible and could not come in at any other time. She became very annoyed and rude with me to the point where I was in tears after the call was over.

I had done extensive research on dental offices in my area and was so excited to try this place out as it seemed amazing from reviews, but I made an honest mistake and was met with undeserved rudeness and unwillingness to cooperate. If this is how you treat new patients I want nothing to do with you.

I highly recommend Tempe Dental Care. I had called for a toothache and they got me in the same afternoon. I needed a root canal and crown and despite it being past 4 they said they could do it right then if I wanted. They even gave me a sheet that explained my out the door cost before we started the work. The Doctors, Technicians and Staff were amazing every step of the way.

I got went to a top denture. The temporary denture never was fitted correctly. I suffered till it was time for permanent. They bill unethically by charging a denture like cosmetics, then when I complained no one responded. I was I never trusted them.
