Dental plans are designed to assist in paying part of the dental treatment cost. It is not designed to pay for all treatments. We try to help you receive your maximum benefit but the deductible and patient co-pays are expected at each visit. As a courtesy, we will be happy to submit your claims without charge but you are responsible to know your individual policy.
