Dr. Sullivan graduated from the University of Illinois Dental school in 1983. For years he worked in North Michigan Ave office and a near south side office. In 1987 he set up an office in Glendale Heights with his high school friend Dr. Larry Humberstone DC. In 1998 our practice had outgrown our location and we had to move to our present location at 511 Thornhill Dr.
