The only way to see quick results is by wearing these aligners every day and should only be removed when you eat, brush, floss, etc. Once your teeth start moving in the right direction, the aligners will be switched out. This will continue until they reach the correct placement. After you are finished with your aligners, a retainer will be made to prevent the teeth from reverting back to where they once were.
