I have been going to Dr. Summerlin for several years now and he is by far the best dentist I've been to. His staff is very courteous and professional and all of the hygienist's are super personable. He cares about his patients and always makes sure his job is done well.

I called them to schedule for an examination and I had all my x-rays on a CD that were recently taken. They told me that they need to retake them since they don't trust CDs because if virus. I suggested to request them directly from my prior medical center via email, but they don't have any mail server for this purpose. Obviously they wanted to make me to pay for x-ray.

I'm a computer scientist and what they are saying doesn't make sense. But when I told them What they are saying doesn't make sense and I'd rather not to use their medical services if they want me to pay for unnecessary expences, they didn't care about it.
