For the past 20 years, I have had a fear.more like a terror.of going to the dentist. But over the course of time, it became imperative I seek dental treatment. I actually tried another dentist several years ago - and never went back - so finding Dr Ortega last year was sort of a miracle for me! From my first encounter over the phone with the wonderful office manager, Julie, where I expressed my fears, she was so assuring and affirming, that I summoned the courage for my first visit which entailed x-rays (and initially even those were difficult for me).

Jump ahead to Tuesday of this week, and I now have a beautiful smile - which included having 10 crowns installed without getting anything more than novocaine! The entire staff is truly wonderful and Dr. Ortega is very thorough in his explanation, s gentle in his care and his work is excellent! If you are looking for a dentist - and staff - who truly care and listen and exceed your expectations, run don't walk to Dr Marcos Ortega!
