Today I had my first visit. I couldn't of been more welcome by the staff and dr.my cleaning was very gentle. the dr examined my mouth and teeth and bonded my bottom retainer. I will be goin back! I highly recommend

I had a wisdom tooth extraction done. Everyone was so nice! The extraction was painless and very fast. Dr. Ed Pantslaff was very nice and thorough with any questions and the procedure itself. If I lived closer I definitely would make this my go to office!

I hate going to the dentist. It literally gives me anxiety. I had an emergency visit for tooth ache in Toledo at Hires Dental. I met with a traveling hygienist named Yana who was super sweet explained everything and she made me feel comfortable. I was referred to their sister office Napoleon Smiles for the extractions. I met with Dr Ed and he performed my extractions, explaining everything he was doing and ask many times it I was comfortable.
My whole procedure took a little over 45 minutes. The office was really nice and clean. Their receptionist was super sweet and welcoming. I'm sorry I can't remember her name. And as I was leaving after taking care of my bill. They gave me a flower and said anytime you come in to see them they give you a flower when you leave. I thought it was a really sweet touch! Would definitely recommend this office!

There is somethinf to be said about going to a place that treats you like youre good friends. The Atmosphere is radiant and professional. Get ready to smile because the staff is good at putting one on your face.

Like other reviews stated, this place charges more than they quote. They also did not fix the problem. I had to go to another dentist to get the filling redone after this one was supposed to fix it. I told this office I was not coming back. They had rescheduled me for a cleaning anyway. When they called to confirm that appointment after months, I told them I would not be there. They still sent me a bill for$100 for a "missed appointment." That I had told them TWICE I was not coming to.
I wasn't even going to leave a bad review about the first dental work, because the dentist was going through some health issues, and I thought it was an honest mistake. I could at least give him the benefit of the doubt. But, then this just really pushed it over the edge. I now see from the reviews, and other testimonies, that it's a pattern with this office.
