From the very first visit everyone was very kind. The team never spoke a negative word regarding my treatment. Although my treatment level was considered difficult, Dr Saini and his team were determined to produce positive results and they did. I would highly recommend him.

I have seen sooo many Orthodontist and dentist but this practice is by far the best! From the administration team to the assistants to seeing Dr. Saini and Dr. Ty my experience was amazing! They actually listened to my concerns, created an individualized treatment plan specific to my needs and kept me updated with any changes of my plan! They were diligent and worked with me regarding concerns or problems I had.
The office is clean, neat and I always felt welcomed (plus they always had great coupons for toothpaste and mouthwash)! They are well educated and very thorough when explaining treatment! I worked with Dr. Saini and Dr. Ty for 4 years so my time spent with the team turned into more than dental treatment they became family! I am soo grateful they took a chance on me and helped me regain my confidence! I am forever grateful for their practice and entire team!

I was thinking of getting orthodontic treatment for years, but I was afraid of getting braces as an adult. When I consulted with Dr. Saini, I realized that getting treatment is the right decision for me. I smile more freely now that my teeth are straight and beautiful. Doctors Raj and Ty Saini are running a world class orthodontic practice in Columbia, MD. They are both very knowledgeable. And they work great as a team to come up with a personalized treatment plan for each individual patient. They also provide clear estimates in advance that describes both the treatment plans and the cost. They are very fair and do their best to keep the actual costs in line with the estimated cost. Dr. Raj and Dr. Ty are both passionate about their work.
They truly care about the patient's best interest and their results. Their staff is friendly and long tenured. The whole practice believes in what they are doing. This leads to all of the staff being able to answer questions, explain things, and be helpful. I highly recommend Saini Orthodontics.

Dr. Saini and Dr. Ty are so friendly and knowledgeable. They made my daughter feel comfortable and I was well informed about the plan for her smile. They kept up during Covid and made sure her treatment was current. We are so happy with this practice- Tracey and Kelly in the office are top- notch!

This practice is great! All of the staff is professional and personable from the front desk to both Dr. Sainis'. The clinic is very clean and well-organized. I "graduated" my adult braces and am pleased with the work and now my child goes here.
