Since opening his doors in 1970, he has been a devoted member and contributor to local non-profit organizations. Now, Dr. Raj Saini and Dr. Tarun Saini are a father-and-son team who continue to live and work in Howard County. We take special pride in the dedication of our well-trained, caring staff. Not only have they undergone education required by the State Board of Dental Examiners, but they also participate in weekly re-training sessions. As a result, our staff is up-to-date on the latest in orthodontics. Furthermore, each of our staff members is instructed to be a patient advocate.

Due to an unusually high rate (40+%) of no-show appointments, we have stopped offering evening and Saturday hours. Since 1970, we have developed a positive reputation. We strive to be on time. Our scheduling system, well-trained staff and controlled number of patients allow us to fulfill this promise.
