As always the Big Smile Team was friendly and welcoming. I had not been here since before the COVID pandemic and it was good to know the team is still so nice. My hygienists was super friendly and gave the feeling she really enjoyed her work. Someone who hums and sings to the background music has to be happy with their work. Dr. Kim did a good job with a soft touch as always. I continue to come here even though they are not an in network provider and it cost me more more. The treatment and service is well worth the extra money paid.

I've been coming here a couple years now. I was always terrified of dentists and orthodontists starting young because of traumatizing braces experiences. My first visit, I got emotional and panicked with Dr. Kim and she gave me such patience and grace beyond what I deserved and has a bedside manner and empathy I wish everyone received when going in to take care of their teeth. I've been loyal ever since, and the care I receive here is the best and I've encountered.

Great experience at Big Smile! I've been looking for a place to go since moving into the city and this place was the most pleasant time I have had at a dentist office ever. Definitely recommend for people who do not enjoy going to the dentist normally!
