Great service! From the front staff to the back staff. I was very satisfied with my experience. Broke my front tooth on my vacation, come Monday they rushed me in so I could get a temporary so I could feel normal again. Called the office and Jacqueline, one of the front office admins, got me an appointment right away. She empathized with me because I was worried about having to go around with a broken front tooth.

After a week with a great temporary they got me a permanent crown that I'm very happy with! They color matched it and it turned out great! Would definitely recommend people to make a dentist switch if their not completely happy with there's. Thank you Smile Dentistry and thank Dr Ra!

Dr. Ra is simply the best. I have SO MANY dental issues that it's not even funny. Random, annoying, and frustrating issues. Dr. Ra has helped me so much in the last few years. He's gentle, patient, kind, caring, sympathetic, funny, genuine, and respectful. He's been extremely generous with me and I'm very grateful for all of his help. I couldn't have asked for a better dentist.

His specialists are also fantastic - extremely honest and thorough. The gals at the front desk always welcome me by name, and make me feel right at home. *He has the best dental hygienist in the world. She is phenomenal. I will not give her name out because I'm selfish, but she knows who she is.

My family and I have been seeing Dr Ra for years now. He and his team are amazing! They are welcoming and professional, including the office staff. Dr Ra takes the time to explain procedures and answer any questions and concerns you may have. Just recently, my oldest son, who was born with a bilateral cleft lip and palate and has had surgeries since 9/11/01, was given the opportunity to have the best smile ever with Dr Ra's recommendation of vaneers.

He first did the Zoom procedure for whitening and then matched the permanent vaneers color perfectly. He looks amazing and his confidence level has sky rocketed! Also, his dental hygentists are the best! I personally see Theresa and she is amazing! She also takes her time while thoroughly cleaning and explains any possible concerns that she see's or even possible future concerns in order to preserve your teeth and gums to keep them as healthy as possible. I was in a lot of pain from a tooth fracture, and Dr. Ra, Office Manager Leilani, and assistant Adid took excellent care of me from treatment and pain management to specialist referral. Smile Studio's got an amazing team, and I'd highly recommend them to all friends and family.

Update #3- "I have never personally spoken with you" So, messaging me on Yelp isn't really speaking with me? Do I want to go on the phone with someone who disrespected my experience and treated me with patronizing condescension? Not really. Take this review as constructive criticism and just do better, instead of arguing with customers. You keep writing and writing but all it shows how right I was with my initial impression.

And didn't you tell me you "have no time for this?" Yet you won't let it go? I won't be censored and I definitely won't put up with someone defaming my integrity and character. Where is my recording you keep saying publicly you'll send to me?
