A denture, or a complete denture as it is often called, is an appliance that is inserted in the mouth, replaces natural teeth and provides support for the cheeks and lips. Most dentures are made of acrylic and can be fabricated two different ways. Dr. Donnelly provides CEREC chairside tooth restorations. In many cases, CEREC allows tooth restorations to be completed in a single session - without impressions, temporaries or long waiting periods. Dr. Donnelly is a leader in the dental profession providing general and esthetic dental care for patients in San Diego since 1979. Since his training at the University of Southern California Dental School, he has continued his education with advanced studies and mini-residencies keeping our office on the cutting edge of dental technologies, including CEREC cad-cam, one-visit crowns, Invisalign braces, laser gum treatment, mini-implant placement, implant restoration, cosmetic dentures, and preventative periodontal treatment.

First Visit

Your initial appointment will consist of a consultation explaining your diagnosis and treatment options. Occasionally, treatment can be done the same day as the consultation. However, a complex medical history or treatment plan will require an evaluation and a second appointment to provide treatment on another day.
