My whole family has utilized Miracle Dental for probably +10 years and we have never had anything but positive experiences. I am a bit squeamish about dental work so this really means something. My daughter moved to North Carolina, but still came back to Miracle Dental for several years after moving. I appreciate that they only do necessary work. I've had a crown done there and it was the best possible experience that I could have had.

Provided my new dental insurance information prior to my apt being made. A few days prior to my apt I was harassed by the office to confirm my appointment. I sent "C" to respond to confirming my apt at least 3 times. still got multiple phone calls and voice mails from the office asking to confirm my apt and to update my dental insurance. Will not be going back. I work full time and don't have time to pick up my phone to confirm an apt where I have confirmation on my cell phone that I responded to the texts. Contacted me way too much and really really annoyed me. So I received another text yesterday before my apt to CONFIRM MY APPOINTMENT again. I responded that I am not going due to all the unnecessary calls and text messages.

I'm so happy I found this practice. I've endured many just-okay or even bad dentists over the years. I've seen all three dentists at Miracle and all are fantastic. They are professional, knowledgeable, kind and most importantly gentle. Having a cavity filled here was as painless of a process as it could be. The office is clean and efficient. They worked hard to accommodate me right before they closed in March due to Covid-19, which saved me the need for further dental work months later. I am probably the least excited person when it comes to dentists and dental work, but Miracle Dental really impressed me.

Been going to Miracle dental for many years. Dr. Yee is great. He really knows what hes doing and is trustworthy. The entire staff is friendly and make you feel very comfortable. I highly recommend them!
