Services
Dental Implants
Dental implants replace missing tooth roots using biocompatible titanium anchors that fuse with jawbone through osseointegration. This foundation supports fixed or removable replacement teeth, restoring function and aesthetics. Our practice employs CBCT-guided surgery for precise placement, ensuring optimal positioning and long-term success. Implant solutions range from single tooth replacements to full-arch restorations with as few as four implants, offering stable, natural-looking results that prevent bone loss and maintain facial structure.
CBCT Guided Surgery
CBCT-guided surgery utilizes 3D imaging and virtual treatment planning to achieve precise implant placement. Specialized software creates surgical guides that direct exact positioning, angle, and depth, enhancing accuracy and safety. This technology enables comprehensive preoperative planning, allowing visualization of final outcomes and improved patient communication. The technique increases procedural predictability while minimizing surgical time and recovery periods, resulting in optimal functional and aesthetic implant restorations with reduced complications.
Full Mouth Restoration
Full mouth restoration addresses extensive dental damage through coordinated cosmetic and restorative treatments. This multi-phase approach may include crowns, bridges, veneers, implants, and periodontal therapy tailored to individual needs. Treatment plans focus on restoring oral function, bite alignment, and aesthetic harmony while addressing underlying structural issues. Our specialists combine technical expertise with artistic skill to create durable, natural-looking smiles that improve both appearance and long-term oral health.
On-Site Ceramics Laboratory
Our in-house laboratory produces customized crowns, bridges, and dentures using advanced materials and techniques. Direct collaboration between prosthodontists and lab technicians ensures precise color matching, anatomical accuracy, and functional optimization. Expedited fabrication allows for quicker turnaround times without compromising quality. The service emphasizes natural aesthetics and durability, with restorations designed to withstand daily use while maintaining optimal esthetics and biocompatibility with surrounding tissues.
Bone Grafting
Bone grafting procedures restore jawbone volume to support successful implant placement. Techniques include sinus lifts and ridge augmentation to address bone loss from tooth extraction or periodontal disease. The process uses grafting materials to stimulate natural bone regeneration, creating a stable foundation for implants. This treatment enhances both functional outcomes and facial aesthetics by maintaining structural integrity, ensuring long-term implant stability while preventing the sunken appearance associated with bone resorption.

Questions
What distinguishes a prosthodontist from a general cosmetic dentist?
Prosthodontists complete three additional years of specialized training beyond dental school, focusing on complex restorative and implant dentistry. They are recognized specialists by the American Dental Association, with expertise in full-mouth reconstruction and advanced treatment planning that general dentists typically don't possess.
Do you offer emergency dental care after regular business hours?
Yes, we provide emergency services during office hours with immediate attention. After hours, patients can call our office for instructions. For life-threatening emergencies, we recommend contacting 911 or visiting the nearest hospital emergency department.
What technology do you use to improve treatment accuracy?
We utilize Cone Beam CT scanning for 3D imaging, computer-guided surgery for implant placement, digital intraoral cameras for diagnostics, and electronic medical records for efficient patient care management.
What should new patients bring to their first appointment?
New patients should arrive early to complete medical/dental forms, bring their dental insurance card, and any referral documents or x-rays from their general dentist to ensure comprehensive treatment planning.
How do you ensure the quality of dental restorations?
Our on-site ceramics laboratory allows direct collaboration between prosthodontists and technicians, ensuring precise customization. We use advanced materials and technology to create durable, natural-looking restorations with strict quality control throughout the fabrication process.

Nov 25, 2015 Report
Finding Dr. Korwin's practice was initially a stroke of luck - his office helped me on a weekend emergency - and has now grown into a long term relationship. Professionalism, courtesy and brilliant dentistry are hallmarks of Dr. Korwin and his staff. In the past year I have had major restorative and cosmetic dental work done by Dr. Korwin, and the experience was flawless throughout. The Doctor's patience and thoroughness in explaining my options was extremely helpful in making the right decisions.

The choices and related costs presented by Dr. Korwin were in line with and fully supported by second professional opinions I received. I felt confident in moving ahead with Advanced Dentistry on the work, and my decision was certainly the right one. Thanks to Dr. Korwin's high level of knowledge and professional skill, the end results were beautiful. Beyond that, the Doctor and his staff are extremely considerate and personable fellow human beings. I would not think of going anywhere else!
