Our office provides a full range of dental procedures including Cleanings & Check-ups, Crown & Bridgework, Root Canals, Extractions, Dentures & Partials and Implant restoration. Dr. Bormann was born and raised in Michigan City area. He graduated from Elston High School in 1985 and Valparaiso University with a B.S. in 1989. He attended Loyola University School of Dentistry where he was a Clinical Honors Student and graduated in the top 20 of his class. After graduating in 1992, he joined practice with his father, Dr Donald I. Bormann.
