From routine cleanings and fillings to full mouth reconstructions, Dr. Ratliff is equipped to handle virtually all your cosmetic dentistry needs. Your initial oral examination includes a visual examination, charting, periodontal probing, diagnosis and treatment recommendations. We will also take x-rays, which includes the panoramic x-ray for proper diagnosis of the anterior (front) and posterior (back) teeth as well as the bite-wing x-ray series for proper diagnosis of proximal decay of posterior teeth.

Born and raised in Johnson City, Dr Ratliff graduated from ETSU with a degree in Biology. He then attended and received his dental degree from the University of Tennessee in Memphis. He served in the US Navy for 3 years stationed at Camp Lejeune, NC. With the Marines he served in Northern Iraq after Desert Storm.
