Dr. Robert A. Milner received his Bachelor's Degree from the University of California Irvine in 1985. In 1989 he received his Doctor of Dental Surgery Degree from the Marquette University School of Dentistry in Wisconsin, graduating in the head of his class. After completing a 24-month associateship in Moreno Valley and San Diego, Dr. Milner established private practice in Mission Viejo in 1991.
