My wife and I have been going to Dr Stein for several years now. He's the most caring, compassionate and professional dentist we've ever used before. His entire staff is friendly and helpful with making appointments or helping with insurance billing. Dr Stein remembers any personal concerns or issues we may have and addresses them as needed. We have no intentions of looking for a different dentist ever. And we hope he never retires, ever.

Jeff and his team are the best. Been going to him for years and he never disappoints. Highly recommended for cleaning, whitening, and fillings. Just came n for my routine check up with Jeff. It is always a pleasure to have all my dental work done by him and his positive, professional and experienced staff. They always do what is needed and have never pushed me to do any work that I felt was unnecessary. It's nice having someone not trying to sell you on cosmetic stuff every visit. That's why I make the drive up from Woodland Hills, about 45 minutes. Been coming to Jeff for 5 years and it was the best choice.

Very disappointed to say the least. I am looking for a new dentist for us. work was below par and he was unwilling/unable to correct it. The biggest smile was his, I feel betrayed by what was to be an honorable dentist. Knowing the work was sub-standard, he could have offered a refund with an apology. Mistakes can happen, but, smile and turn a blind eye?
This had involved dentures that were terribly constructed. Dr. stein commented They are for smiling, not eating (what?). My wife is a sweet Lady and did not deserve this. I will not return there!

Have always been "phobic" of dentists Until I started going to Dr Stein Really never thought I would ever be saying that I like a dentist! Husband too is worse than me& goes without fear& dread now ---/ He is an exceptional honest& compassionate human being As well as an excellent& talented professional His staff are all amazing Helpful& welcoming!

A perfect experience in every sense of the way. Thank you Dr. Jeffrey Stein and staff for everything. I am terrified of the dentist and embarrassed to say I procrastinated seeing one for over 9 years! I neglected my teeth and my smile as a result of my fear, causing lingering teeth pains and an infected tooth. Dr. Stein is gentle, honest, and passionate for what he does, and has an All-Star team for support. Gale and Melissa made me feel welcomed & comfortable from the start. My teeth and my gums look great and feel healthy again! I love my new dental family!

I called this office based on the review here on Yelp after my husband was sent by 1-800 Dentist to probably the worst dentist in all of Lancaster (Family Dental on 10th St. in Lancaster). After being given an exhorbitant price for work they said needed to be done, I called Dr. Stein's office. They were informative, helpful and friendly from the first phone call. They got my husband in to be seen the very next morning. Dr. Stein was wonderful. Fixed my husband right up! This is our new dentist from here on out!
