I've just been to my first appointment with Dr. Pickett and can't say enough about that experience! I was made to feel comfortable and well cared for from the scheduling to the actual exam. Jen always puts me at ease with her conversations and sweet demeanor- she always wants the best for her patients. An amazing experience. I called as a new patient with an urgent dental emergency for my daughter. The staff and Dr. Pickett were so attentive to our situation- and reacted immediately to our unusual request to be seen same day. They resolved our issue immediately and made my apprehensive daughter at ease and comfortable from the moment we walked in. It's obvious they value patient care as their top priority! After our longtime dentist retired, we started looking for a practice in our hometown of Keller. Our daughter and her husband had been going to Dr. Pickett's for awhile, so we took their advice and started going here. Glad we did! Dr. Pickett is very thorough and thoughtful, and very easy to talk with. His staff is just awesome and really do a good job for you. They are also very friendly and don't mind having a little fun! We highly recommend Dr. Pickett and his staff for any person or family looking for a dental practice.
