I love this office. They are very efficient. I was taken back for my dental cleaning at exactly at my appointment time. Everyone from reception to dentist is great. They are friendly and very professional. They go out of their way to make their patients comfortable. My hygienist, Jess was wonderful. She was gentle but very thorough. Great experience.

Today, I had my bi-anual dental cleaning at Newtown Dental Care and just wanted to share my experience. I've been a patient of Dr. Magida's practice for more than 15 years and I liked all the hygienists I ever came across throughout these years in doctor's office. Today, my hygienist was Erica, who was very pleasant, upbeat, personable, caring, and very experienced (she has been working with Dr. Magida for over 18 years).

I always feel a bit nervous coming in to the dental office, but today, as soon as I sat down in Erica's chair, I immediately felt calm and relaxed. It felt like I was just hanging out with my friend and not having my teeth cleaned. Erica was very thorough and while cleaning, adressed my concerns I was having. The time flew by very fast and before I knew, I was done. And as always, after my cleaning, Dr. Magida came in to check my teeth and to verify there were no problems. I really enjoyed today's dental cleaning experience and wanted to thank Erica for her care and the professionalism.

The whole team/experience is great. Making the appointment was smooth, paperwork was easy, checkin was cake and the staff was so great and welcoming. If I already didn't love the dentist, they would make me love it. Erica is a total delight.

This was the most pleasant experience I've ever had at a Dentist's office. I was really nervous to have dental work done for both cosmetic and medical reasons.
