First Visit

Your initial appointment will consist of a consultation explaining your diagnosis and treatment options. Occasionally, treatment can be performed the same day as the consultation. However, a complex medical history or treatment plan will require an evaluation and a second appointment to provide treatment on another day.
Scheduling

We will schedule your appointment as promptly as possible. If you have pain or an emergency situation, every attempt will be made to see you that day. We try our best to stay on schedule to minimize your waiting. Due to the fact Dr. Grizzaffi provides many types of dental services; various circumstances may lengthen the time allocated for a procedure.
Financial Policy

For our patients' convenience, we have arranged a payment plan through a third party that helps our patients receive their treatment in a timely manner. Please be advised that we are happy, for most of our patients, to process your insurance claims on your behalf, and wait for payment. Unfortunately, most insurance companies can take as long as four to six weeks to pay the office.
