I came here as an emergency from out of town because a tooth fell out while on vacation. The receptionist fit me into their schedule at the last minute. They did an amazing job. I am very sensitive to dental nerve pain and the dentist and dental assistant made sure I was numbed up really well. They both are very professional and took the utmost care in deciding what to do and then doing it. I had to come back for a second appointment to complete a crown. They fit both appointments in for me, and I am extremely grateful. I would switch to this dentist if I lived in Asheville!

Going to the dentist has never been a problem for me. I have had a lot of dental work done in the past at other offices and not one comes close to Carolina Mountain Dental. Starting from initial contact with front desk girls Vickie and Kathy and ending when you walk out, the whole experience is outstanding. Jessica has been my Hygienist since I found this practice four years ago. She is unbelievably incredible.
I have had several procedures done so I have also worked with Stephanie and Michelle and they are as wonderful. Last but not least is Dr. Efird. His work is impeccable and very precise. As others have said, he never encourages unnecessary procedures. I can't say enough good things about this entire team.

Everyone is great! Vicky is always smiling, very sweet, and helpful. Michelle is always great, she always ask about my kids, and does great work, she's also super sweet! Dr. Dimsdale is great, and does great work. there all really sweet! This whole office made the transition from my old dentist very comfortable! Recommend a few already, an will continue!
